Request : All data (information, sounds, photos, design, etc.) that a Client puts online on the site StarOfService to request a service.

The purpose of these general conditions is to:

• Determine the conditions under which STAROFSERVICE S.A.S sells its premium offerings to Professionals and Clients, accessible through StarOfService.
• Determine the rules of use for the StarOfService website, property of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S regarding the rights and obligations of the parties.

These terms and conditions form a binding contract agreement between you, STAROFSERVICE S.A.S and StarOfService and apply as soon as you use StarOfService services. These terms and conditions apply without restriction or reservation to all products and services that are included in the pay deals on StarOfService. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S has the right to develop its pay packages, and add and/or edit products and services to add functionality to its premium offerings component without the Professional and the Client can not claim any compensation. Your subscription on StarOfService either as a Client or as a Professional includes your complete and definite acceptance of these terms and your commitment to abide by the terms and conditions. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time by posting changed terms and conditions on StarOfService. Clients and Professionals need to regularly review the terms and conditions to be aware of changes.

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S offers an online service to publish free service requests via the web, accessible on www.StarOfService.com. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S via StarOfService offers to link service applicants, called Clients, with service providers, called Professionals. Service requests contain applications published by Clients seeking the support of a business or to achieve the desired services. The Professionals send a Quote for each request.

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S acts as a single host and provides:

Technical tools and storage space allow registered Professionals on StarOfService to broadcast information on StarOfService about their Profile and their Quotes; registered Clients distribute their service requests; The technology of StarOfService that links Professional and Clients allows them to facilitate their communication. The information published on StarOfService by Clients and Professionals, is their own responsibility. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S can not be held responsible for the content and accuracy of an account or a profile.

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S may add advertising about StarOfService to emails sent to their users.

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S is not a recruitment agency. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S is not a temping company. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S has no responsibility for employing Professionals. Professionals are under no subordination of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S while using services of StarOfService.

The purpose of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S is solely to link Clients and Professionals. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S has no obligation, responsibility, duty or control of any nature whatsoever on the relationship formed between Professionals and Clients and in particular on the absence of a response to a Professional Request, the number of Requests received for a Quote, the quality of the service performed, the quality of Requests published and sent to Professionals, the number of Requests published and sent to Professionals, the lead time for completion of the service, the legal framework in which the service was performed, the accuracy of a Professional's Quote, the authenticity of a Professional's Profile, the authenticity of the Client's Request, etc.

To access and use services of StarOfService, you need to confirm, under your responsibility, that the equipment you own is compatible with the use of StarOfService online.

To offer services as a Professional, you must register on StarOfService. To be a Professional and offer your services on StarOfService, you must:

• Be an adult (if you are an individual);
• Have the legal ability to enter into contractual relationships;
• Not be marked with a ban on direction, administration or control of a business;
• Have a legal status (company, sole trader, etc...) and have completed all necessary formalities with related organizations (RCS, CFE, RM, URSSAF, Tax Centre, etc...), allowing you to legally practice your business a professional and to issue invoices to the Client that you will select to perform the service.
• Have the necessary insurance to cover your responsibility for services that you offer to Clients via StarOfService
• Accept being systematically placed with competition.

As a business, you must meet all these conditions. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S is not a regulatory body that validates your legal status or meets all legal requirements to perform the service requested by a Client.

If STAROFSERVICE S.A.S learns in any manner whatsoever that a business does not comply with any of the conditions listed above or a legal measure when using the services of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S, STAROFSERVICE S.A.S reserves the right to suspend the account, prohibit access to StarOfService temporarily or permanently and discontinue registration immediately from potential damages due to of injury suffered by STAROFSERVICE S.A.S because of their actions.

Your Account and your Profile should contain accurate, truthful, sincere, detailed information that describes you best so that STAROFSERVICE S.A.S can offer Client requests that correspond to you. You are solely responsible for the information in your Account and your Profile in the format and materials posted on the website StarOfService. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S can delete Accounts and Professional Profiles that do not satisfy quality requirements (arriving on time, being prepared to do the work (hardware + requirements), to be courteous, getting no more than three negative opinions in a limited time) out of StarOfService.

As a Professional, you can view all service requests on StarOfService and directly receive the services for which the STAROFSERVICE S.A.S linking technology has judged that your profile is relevant. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S is not responsible for the payment of taxes, insurance premiums or social security for Professionals. In any case where responsibility of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S been sought, the Professional is committed to assure STAROFSERVICE S.A.S of the entire payment amount that could be claimed as such. To ensure the smooth operation of your business account, you agree to:

• Do not give a false identity and false information,
• Only create one Professional Account and Profile
• Do not create a Professional Account on behalf of another person without their authorization,

Regarding paying quotes, STAROFSERVICE S.A.S offers several formulae with a certain number of "credits" allowing professionals to use all services of the platform and thus meet the demands of customers. Unused credits are non-refundable. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S also allows Professionals to subscribe to different premium offers to highlight themselves on the platform in order to attract more Clients.

By registering on StarOfService and creating a request, you become Client. You allow professionals to consult and answer your requests. You authorize STAROFSERVICE S.A.S through its matchmaking technology, that your requests and information in your account Professionals are sent to whose profiles may match your demandes. You authorize STAROFSERVICE S.A.S, to communicate your requests to its Partners to ensure that these, can distribute your applications on their own site and network Partners in order to reach a greater number of people able to answer your requests.
To access the services of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S, Clients of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S must create a Client Account on StarOfService. If you do not want to use your Client Account, you can deactivate or remove it by emailing contact@starofservice.com. After deleting information or requests, or on termination of your Account, copies of your information related to your account may remain visible because they were shared with other Users of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S.

Clients are solely responsible for the requests they put online on StarOfService. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S cannot be considered a recruiter. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S cannot be considered a temping or recruitment agency, employer or agent for Users. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S has no obligation for response results that could be given to your requests. To ensure the smooth operation of your Client Account, you agree to:

• Do not give a false identity and false information,
• Only create one account,
• Do not create a Client Account on behalf of another person without authorization,

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S provides several premium offers to Clients so they can put their requests forward to Professionals on the platform.

Each request must be from a real Client in need.

It is prohibited to use the services of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S to publish applications or content that:

Doesn't respect the laws and regulations in force in the country of publication of the request; contravenes legislation on labor law in England; could be perceived as discriminatory; contains advertisements (advertising for a competitor links towards a competing site, etc.) on behalf of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S competitors; sells or advertises products or services; focuses on franchises, distribution agreements, concessions or commercial agencies, pyramid schemes, club memberships or selling multi-levels; targets sex or trades human bodies or organs; promotes a party, program, political position or topic or religion; isn't a real request; seeks to know the Quotes offered for each Professional to transmit to one or more of these Professionals' work to competitors; aims to publish the same Quote several times in order to have more Work;

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S may, at its sole discretion, delete any requests and/or content published on StarOfService that does not comply with the terms and conditions or content that could undermine STAROFSERVICE S.A.S's brand or image or Professional and Clients using STAROFSERVICE S.A.S's services.

Professionals and Clients of Services at STAROFSERVICE S.A.S refrain from :

Transmitting on StarOfService any prohibited, illicit, illegal or any data that may constitute an abuse of rights, or being otherwise contrary to public order and/or morality, or using it to exert a threat or pressure of any kind, shape or object whatsoever, or being contrary to or inconsistent with any intellectual and industrial property or copyright, or using or obtaining after a contravention of a crime or misdemeanor; endanger the safety of StarOfService (attempts to control, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network; violate security measures or authentication; violating or attempting to violate system security or network); sending or make unsolicited letters, emails, faxes to promote products or services, to any STAROFSERVICE S.A.S Service Professional or Client; making commercial use of StarOfService's elements or data component; using STAROFSERVICE S.A.S's services for a purpose other than the site; opening an Account or going to an online profile which would aim to promote the sale of products or services; using StarOfService to promote its own services or products through spam or repetitive requests for services;

These behaviors can lead to civil and/or criminal lawsuits. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S may appeal to the judicial authorities to prosecute Users who have participated in such violations. In case you fail to comply with any of the prohibitions referred to above, STAROFSERVICE S.A.S may temporarily suspend your access to StarOfService or permanently terminate your access to StarOfService.

The contents of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S (information, text, graphics, video, images, logos, button icons, files, etc..) belong exclusively to STAROFSERVICE S.A.S. This content is protected by copyright, trademark law, copyright law and intellectual property. Service Professionals and Clients of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S do not have the right to use the contents of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S (for another website, another environment, intranet, extranet, etc..) as StarOfService. All the codes created by STAROFSERVICE S.A.S to display or generate its content on StarOfService and StarOfService 's pages are protected by intellectual property rights codes and you should not copy or modify these codes under penalty of law.

By using the services of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S on StarOfService as a Professional, you will see various service requests from clients and receive requests for services from Targeted Customers and matching your expectations (based on information from your profile.) To get in touch with a customer, you need to send a Quote Customer (offer + price). When you send a quote for a service, you commit to carry out the service at the place and conditions established by the Client. If the Customer selects your quote, you should contact the Customer as quickly as possible on the phone number that he will provide in agreement with the rules to implement the requested service. You must arrive at the time, be prepared to do the work and be courteous at all times. The selected business to perform a service whose overall budget (offer+ price) has been accepted by the Client. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S acts simply as a host. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S is not responsible for the Professional's status or even their legal ability to issue invoices. The Professional is solely responsible for legal declarion of income to tax services and Urssaf whose terms are described on the URSSAF site https://www.cesu.urssaf.fr.

As part of the service use of STAROFSERVICE S.A.S as Client, you have access to Professional Profiles via StarOfService. You agree to use these profiles in compliance with these terms and conditions, the laws and regulations in force and the rules concerning the protection of personal data. You agree to take all appropriate measures to protect the information you obtained by consulting these profiles and in particular, against theft, misuse,unauthorized, publications for commercial use, modification or destruction. Only Professionals are responsible for their profile. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S does not guarantee the accuracy or truth of these profiles and associated content. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S reserves the right to limit the amount of data accessible by Customers. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S may change these limitations at any time and at its sole discretion. When you publish a service request, STAROFSERVICE S.A.S automatically selects the most suitable professionals to respond to your request. Professionals interested in your request will send you their quotes. You choose the quote that suits you. Once you select a Quote, an exchange of contact occurs between the Customer and the Professional. At the end of the service, the customer can leave feedback & a review about the Professional.

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S uses its best efforts to implement all procedures to minimize the risks of trespassing, hacks, or insertion of viruses on the server and/or on StarOfService. It also puts every effort to ensure maximum content security on StarOfService. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S can not commit to an absolute guarantee, and accepts no liability for trespass, hacking, or on insertion of viruses on the server and / or StarOfService and/or emails sent.

Despite all precautions taken by the team at StarOfService to ensure that all information transmitted through StarOfService is true and accurate, STAROFSERVICE S.A.S can not be held liable for any false information and/or requests for services provided to Professionals, for any false information and/or communicated to Clients nor for incidental or consequential damages in result. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S shall in no event be responsible for the results of service requests, especially if they do not satisfy the user, both the number of responses on their quotes themselves or the quality and characteristics of the products or services offered by the professionals. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S is not involved in the negotiations between Clients and Professionals resulting from the Service Requests on StarOfService, and shall in no case be held responsible for disputes arising between the parties.

It is up to the Client to verify the information provided by the Professional and to ensure the latter's competence to carry out the services offered. STAROFSERVICE S.A.S disclaims any civil and / or criminal responsibilities pertaining to the consequences of its direct and indirect linking between Clients and Professionals.

You warrant STAROFSERVICE S.A.S, its officers, directors, its servants and agents against any claim, action or request (including legal fees related thereto) for all business content the Client or you provided on StarOfService and content used at STAROFSERVICE S.A.S any violation you made a right of third and your breach of these terms and conditions.

STAROFSERVICE S.A.S shall in no event be liable in case of failure independent systems beyond its control, including computer networks, telephone and Internet communications.STAROFSERVICE S.A.S will in no be held responsible in case of force majeure (strikes, failure of the Internet, etc.).

By submitting content to a public portion of StarOfService, you grant all Professionals and Clients the right to access, view, display, to maintain and reproduce such content for personal use.

In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation, the execution and/or the implementation of any provision of these terms and conditions and in the absence of agreement between the parties, the legal rules conferring powers apply. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of India.
