I provide nutrition advice and tend to provide a dietary plan alongside a training plan. Again this is dependent on your goal. Weather that is to lose weight, build muscle or to obtain a general healthy wellbeing amongst other goals. Measurements such as height, weight, resting heart rate, blood pressure and body fat are recorded at the start of the training plan. Pays close attention to client's exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition plan.
