We contacted Adler to plan our family trip to Sikkim in April'17. Entire trip was very professionally handled by the Adler representatives - starting from the initial inquiry to preparing of the tour itinerary to making recommended changes to the itinerary and finally with frequent follow ups with us to ensure everything was going good whilst we were in Sikkim. I would like to break down my feedback further as per below: - Hotel Accommodation: All hotels that were selected were top class and we never faced any problems in any of the hotel except for 1 hotel (Viceroy, Darjeeling) for which the feedback has been provided to Adler to not give this hotel to any more guests - Land transportation: We were upgraded free of charge to first tier luxury vehicle - Innova for our entire trip to Sikkim whereas we had only paid for 2nd tier luxury vehicle (Xylo, Scorpio) - Guides: Drivers of Innova who had acted as our guides were very informative and always ensured we never missed any attraction in Sikkim and were very polite and obedient. Thank you Adler (Jeet and Jimmy Rawal) for making our trip memorable. We can't wait to contact you for you to plan our next family vacation.

We had come to India for two week holiday and planned the tour with Adler. We have had a completly hassle free trip and would reccommend Adler Tours. Both Jimmy & Jeet were fantastic at organising taking into account our personal requirements. Our driver Shiva was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. When I return I'd ask for him. The hotels booked were 5 Star with one of the best services, facilities, hospitality and breakfast spread that was out of this world!. The sight seeing was super! Well done Adler and Thank You for making our holiday speacial. We will be coming back soon!!!!

In our endeavor to give better services, we will appreciate to receive feed back of your trip pertaining to :- - Preparation of your Itinerary and handling of Booking and subsequent follow up during your Tour Excellent suggestion of itinerary and professional handling of booking and great follow up during our tour - Transport Arrangement viz - Land Transportation Very smooth transportation arrangement all round. - Meet and Greet Services at various destinations including Guide Services Prompt meet and great service at the airport and very informative guide services through out the tour - Standard of Hotel Accommodation at various destinations and the standard of Breakfasts Excellent choice of hotels with good accommodation at all the destinations and very good choice of breakfast for both vegetarians and non vegetarians - Sight Seeing Experience Amazing sight seeing experiences at all the venues - Your Overall rating of the Tour We will also appreciate to receive some of your memorable photographs of the Tour for our Guests Library.
