Our Services 1) Floor Plan 2) 3D-Elevation 3) Structural Drawings 4) Working Drawings 5) Electrical Drawing 6) Plumbing & Drainage 7) Bill of Quantity Our services are: Architecture, Construction Project Management, Visualization, Master Planning, Cost Estimation and Bylaws Advisory 1]Conceptual & Preliminary Drawings  - Ascertain client requirements.  - Examine site constraints, potential and prepare design brief for client approval.  - Prepare conceptual design with reference to requirements.  - Modify conceptual designs, incorporating required changes and prepare preliminary drawings and sketches. 2] Bylaws Sanction Drawings  - Prepare drawings as per local bylaws, BBMP, BESCOM and BWSSB. 3] Marketing Drawings  - Prepare furniture layout, door and window locations for each flat. - Prepare an area statement of each flat and common areas. - Prepare area justification drawing.  - Prepare elevation concept-3D. 4] Preparing Working Drawing Preliminary For Budget Estimation  - Prepare set of drawings covering the architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing layout of the project through a process of technical coordination with architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing consultants. 5] Prepare Tender Document  - Prepare specification, schedule of quantities, sufficient to prepare estimation of cost as per code of practice covering details like mode of measurement and method of payment. 6] Prepare Working Drawing For Construction  - Prepare set of drawings covering the architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing layout of the project through a process of technical coordination with architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing consultants. 7] Coordination & Inspection With Civil Engineer For The Project  - In order to ensure that the work site proceeds in accordance with drawings, and exercise time and quality control.  - Visit to the site to inspect and evaluate construction work and clarify any decision where necessary.  - Offer interpretation of drawing/specification.  - Attend meetings to ensure that the project proceeds in accordance with the conditions of contract.
