She's good for ONLY hair styling. In-spite of several reiterations and insisting that the makeup be kept light, I found what she did to my eyebrows quite OTT. I suppose it's the mentality of "if its your wedding, it gotta be heavy" analogy that is problematic. I just about managed the bad eyebrow work she did-- I liked a natural look, but she thought that to be improper for my eyebrow shape. I reckon its more about what the customer DOESN'T WANT than her own idea and experience of working with brides. I was satisfied with the hair though, and wouldn't recommend her for make-up. I would also suggest going in quite before time and keeping a window of at least an hour as I was inevitably delayed for my wedding--
My only suggestion to anybody trying bridal make-up who wants the real deal of light make-up is to find somebody that understands and incorporates that. I was shocked when she asked me what function it was, whereas I had exchanged several text messages with her saying that it was my wedding. I'm not sure whether it was the case of her not reading the messages, or a slip up, but I reckon its thoroughly unprofessional to not even know what function it is before beginning a make-up.
For brides who like their make-up light and not over-dramatic, please use the services of somebody who has a patient listening ear and is understanding of your requirements.
