After 5 years of successfully running Little Pods, Kirti Shah was ready to break new ground with Weal and Woe. She strongly believes that counselling is a LIFESTYLE that one must endure. Her ambition is to break the mould by her innovative approach and thinking in the field of psychology and counselling. She considers a modern and holistic approach towards Healthy and Balanced Lifestyle which embraces education, training, support, and counselling in all areas of our life with the true awareness and understanding of the needs of our body, mind, and soul.

We have clients starting with the age group of 12 to 75 yrs.. Other than counseling our cliental base consists of Corporates, Schools and Play-groups for workshops and trainings
