It is normally seen that a counsellor starts examining the client only after their prefixed time starts, but this is where we really make a difference. We tend to study our clients and their needs the moment they confirm a slot with us. We send them a questionaire that allows us to understand the need and also be prepared for all the possible solutions that could be applied. Further getting into the session we understand, evaluate, examine and decide what is the best for the clients future needs. We focus on the outcome that shall be long lasting and ethically and spiritually applied in the persons life.

All the counselors on the profile are Masters in Psychology and that gives them the right to conduct any kind of counseling across India.

It was about 12 years back when Rohit the founder of Svastrino realised the need of Career and Education counselling and that is when he decided to initiate this as his dream project.

As we are into education and career counselling we majorly cater Youth and Teenage. As it is an important decision for the family, most of the times even parents and grand parents tend to join the counseling so we are accustomed to cater to every kind of person available.

I have currently helped a lady who is a mother of two to find her core interest and also to streamline all the options that she had done tille date in her career. We initially started with understanding her total profile and life. As she was in her early 40's she had a lot of things and qualification on the table and was also involved in multiple jobs in her professional life. We first helped her understand her understand her past and all the things she had done. Then we helped her understand the importance of letting go things that dont matter. Trust me this was the most difficult part as People at this stage of life are normally really fearful and really want to hold on things. Finally after a near 2 weeks of continious discussion she was able to understand and finally agreed to letgo the least important element that weren't necessary in her future life. Further it was a cake walk, as then it was easy for her to drive to rational decisions with the help of our self evaluation questions. Finally after a near 2 months of process we were able to help her drive a decision that made her feel better, helped her in a better decision for her future career and also to manage work life balance in a better way.

You need to really look for people who will be neutral and would be willing to look at your life forom your shoes. Find a counsellor who is a listener and is sounding dynamic and stable in his initial communications.

The questions that i always want clients to answer themselves are: - What do I want to do here on? - What are my options? - What can I do with those options? - What are my strengths & limitations? - What are the areas where I need to excel by opting additional skills or training? - How much time can I give to apply the solution provided by the counsellor?
