I had the most horrible experience!I placed the order on the app on 1st April. On 2nd my clothes were collected. My slot was 11am-1pm. At 11 one guy called to say he is coming, then another guy called at 12 and finally at 1:15 this guy came to collect. In the evening the update I get in the app is "your pick up had been rescheduled for 3rd April as per your request ". That was totally incorrect. On 3rd evening I get the invoice which I paid online. That's it, no update after that!! 4th I waited...5th I tried calling customer care but always busy. I messaged in chat support but no response. I left a message by email, no update. Then I finally found the number of one of the guys who had called me, who informed that by today evening you will be updated about the drop or you can get your clothes too. I didn't receive any update at all. The next day I called again and promised that I'll get my clothes today and have me the delivery guys number. I waited and finally called that guy who said he won't deliver today as he is in a far off location. Finally on the 7th my clothes were delivered! Phew! But I discovered my white shirt had orange patches now. I'm was highly disappointed with the service. Instead of making things easier for me, getting my laundry done was an additional, frustrating task for me. I will never use them again.
