I charge according to the number of sessions needed .

I would like to first talk for about 30 mins with the client to understand their needs and issues. The pricing plan and number of sessions will be agreed upon . I start my sessions after this step on mutually agreed days and time.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Science along With a Diploma in Counselling. I have ample experience as a Counselor,400+ hours . I am also a trained Teacher having worked in an international school. I have also gained from CBT and PLAY therapy as techniques.

I have worked with people facing marital Issues , relationship challenges , adolescents facing stress due to academics , parents with difficulties in raising children.

If a is person undergoing any emotional distress, it would help tremendously to engage the services of a non judgmental, empathetic and humane counselor who can take you through your thought process which influences your emotions and behavior and helps you think clearly and come up with solutions to your challenges .

While engaging with a Counselor you might want to trust and be prepared to speak about your life completely honestly . Maintaining confidentiality is primary to the Counselor. Be prepared to work through, even if it takes time . Never lose hope .
