Being a process driven firm, we have own set of improvement system and process system which helps us work efficiently and let us deliver the project according to the pre-defined timelines. This also helps us work cohesively, save man-hours and also carry out the quality check. Disclosure & Discussion : Initially, a detailed discussion is carried out with the client, to understand client’s taste, preferences, requirements, ideologies, limitations, timeline and budget. This process also involves a couple of site visits, enabling the design team and the project team to be completely aware of the Strengths, Weaknesses and opportunities of the project. Brain Storming & Conceptualization : The design team then gets involved. Site measurements are taken, Concepts are ideas are presented and discussed as per the client’s and site’s requirements. Wall Treatments, furniture styles and other design pieces are discussed. Detailed Planning & BOQ After conceptualization and detailed discussions with the clients, BOQ that is, Bill Of Quantities is discussed, which contains a detailed listing and costs of all the items provided by the agency. Changes are made as per client’s design schemes and materials (finishes) being used. Once BOQ is agreed upon, a agreement is signed by both the parties, after which Working Drawings are made for the final Execution of the project. Execution & Supervision : Execution process involves, firstly the Civil Work, which is Construction of various process pieces as per the design, wall treatments, false ceiling wherever required and creating and shifting of light points and other sockets. Secondly, Furniture fixed furniture is installed on site with lights and other accessories. Lastly, lose furniture items are placed on site. Handover : After complete inspection by the Design Team, Project Team and Client, site is cleaned thoroughly and handed over to the client.
