We are thrilled with our completed home. The craftsmanship and quality of construction are exceptional.He managed on site contractors and maintained security and safety in an exceptional manner. He was pro-active in identifying areas of concern and helped develop effective alternatives when addressing the issues with the architect, the project manager and ourselves.

I do a initial meeting to understand the requirement, then I take a week or so to produce first draft of drawings and 3D, in which I further make discussion with clients to take his input and incorporating the same in my drawings get the deaign final, after that we start working on the site and , if any things come in way I inform the client about the required changes in drawings, once every one is aggry we carry forward our work. I do not ask any extra fee, may I need to change my drawings n number of times.
