I do not charge for individual coaching sessions, but for a complete coaching program, that typically has between 4-8 sessions.

The first session (call) with the prospective client is an exploratory one or a "discovery" session. I do not charge for this session. This session will facilitate the client and coach to get to know each other, understand working styles and enable the client to decide if the coach is the right partner to support him/her with the goal(s) they seek to achieve. Once the client chooses to work with me, I share the cost for the program and payment can either be made in full (discounted) or in two installments. A coaching agreement is also signed before the start of the first session.

I am an Master Credentialed Coach from International Coach Federation with close to two decades of coaching experience and around 2800 coaching hours.

I started off as an internal coach and then given my passion to coach set up my own coaching practice after gaining the relevant credentials.

I have worked with both individual and organizational clients.

I worked with two clients recently on a) career planning & life vision 2) wellness. Both these assignments took around six months.

1) Be absolutely comfortable with the coach and look for chemistry - The coach has to be right for you! 2) Check whether the coach is credentialed and where he/she has got their credentials from? An ICF credential is a good standard to go with 3) Do you feel energised by the coach? 4) Does the coach give advice? If yes, then that is not coaching! 5) Does the coach want the very best for you? Will they be a trusted partner in your journey?
