George and I founded our two firms Doctors Transcribe of Bangalore, India and Johnson and Company, Inc. - USA with the understanding that we would deliver the highest quality medical transcription to our clients. Quality standards were set and met. Likewise appropriate turn-around-times were set and consistently met.
