Initial consultation are arranged globally with telephone and zoom calls considered where necessary. Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a food diary and a detailed health history and lifestyle questionnaire. The information provided allows our team to prepare in advance maximising your time available with them. All initial consultations typically last for 40-60min where a detailed picture of your position will be formulated. This will take into account your general health, family history, dietary habits, digestive function, occupation and any medical conditions you may have.
