Ram is a very dedicated, passionate, sincere and friendly trainer. He takes your health and fitness goals very seriously and will ensure that you stay motivated, focused and engaged, throughout your workout. His knowledge of physical training is also very high. He constantly mixes up your workout to help you get maximum results. Under him, I have done a wide variety of exercises like floor exercises, Bosu ball workouts, battle rope workouts, farmer's walk, bear walk, free and machine weights and also many number of stretches. After every workout, he will assist you with deep stretches to help your muscle recuperate for the rest of the day. He actually breaks a sweat when assisting you with stretches. Most other trainers I have worked with don't even stick around while you do your stretches. Here's an incident I wish to quote to help whoever reading this understand his commitment. For a while, he had me doing planks, a very important exercise to build core strength. I was lasting just 30 seconds to a minute when I started with him. Over just a couple of months, I was at two and a half minutes. But, he kept pushing me to better my times and I ended up doing 4 minutes 53 seconds when my gym held a plank competition. I would give 90% of the credit for that effort to his training and motivation. In between workouts and out of the gym, he is a friendly person to talk to and a stand up guy you can count on. With Ram, I have the best personal training experience I have ever had and also a great friend for life. Would highly recommend if you need motivation and guidance to achieve your fitness goals.

I’ve been working out with Ram since May 2017, I’ve seen more progress than I thought possible. I’ve had substantial gains in strength, endurance, recovery time, balance, and overall energy level. I’ve also had many intangible gains as well — I now enjoy the soreness after a hard workout, and he has completely changed my lifestyle through his fitness knowledge and his guidance throughout these years, he has made me actively look for ways to build healthier habits. Ram pushes me harder than I’d be able to push myself, and for the rest of the day after a workout, I feel strong, powerful, and confident now! FAQs

I charge *information hidden*rupees for 12 sessions a month for in-person training and 6000 for online training. Whereas for group training an extra 6250 will be added for every additional person.
