Since earning a Golds Gym University Personal Fitness Trainer certification, I have experience of 14 years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor at Gold's gym as well freelancer . I conduct one-on-one training sessions, as well as cardio, weight training, wellness programs and boot camps for groups of up to 20 adults. Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and weight-loss goals, I provide high-energy programs combining the latest techniques in nutrition and exercise science. To make my clients' workouts more effective, work with them to determine their fitness level, and help them progress at a bearable pace to a fitness level that's right for them. Also, it is important for me to know my clients' fitness goals so i can help them have a successful journey to fitness, Many clients train 3 or 4 session a week with trainer and then don't work out the rest of the week. To help my clients stay on track, give them homework, such as body weight training of jogging one mile twice a week before going to their scheduled training session. By giving homework, i help my clients establish accountability, Make my client accountable, Be consistent, Motivate, Add Variety, Be Organized.
