Firstly I don't recommed my clients to do first day on the gym to a treadmill. The reason behind I want to check clients fitness assessments and health assessments.. After analysing clients which body part is weak my structure is designing workout programme based on that.. I have a special procedure that I created from my own learning and experience.. And every 3 month I check clients fitness assessment and every 6 month clients referred to hospital for checking the B. P, vitamin d3, any kind vitamins and minerals deficiencies just to make sure everything is on the right track..

Thank you Abilash Chettan for the dietary advice. I feel better within myself with your scheduled diet chart. My friend introduced you last year and you are very much caring, supportive and motivating.... My situation is very complex as l suffers from asthmatic problems but you have taken the time to understand and customise my workout and diet chart. You gave me wide range of options to help and gave me simple workout sessions. You did an excellent job of assessing my needs and explaining the exercise that I need to improve my weakness. I can't say I reached the complete target of losing weight but somehow I am relieved from my asthmatic trouble. I intend to continue the diet schedule and training sessions with you, so that I can achieve the complete result and goal to lose weight.

My structure for 1 month is 8000 rs Except Sunday I will train all other days.. And Iam not counting the sessions.. If a person is absent for whole month no fees... I give 1 week free trial session to my client to decide to take personal training or not.. It is upto them.. Suppose they like the training they can Start personal training

I have completed personal training certification FROM I. S. S. A(International sports and science association) and diploma in personal training...

In my childhood I have passion for fitness.. I really enjoy working with clients to help them transformed both physically and mentally

Older, younger, adults in both male and female

Recently I train a women aged 37 years old she is suffering knee pain, lower back pain, and herniated cervical spine disc... Firstly I evaluate the client assess her problems and give right type strength training to fix per knee pain and lower back pain.. With 2 weeks of training she completely recovered from both knee pain and lower back pain.. And in the morning she do stretches for shoulders and now she is slowly reducing the shoulder pain...and happiest thing is that her main aim to do pushups, before starting the training she try to do and fail and after starting the training I will give right instructions to her to properly strengthen the core, triceps, deltiods, rotator cuff (internal muscles) and 2 months time she is now doing 3 sets of 6reps pushup...
