Weightloss is not the goal, building an exercise routine is. Results will follow!! I will train you from basics for all movements and coach you on how to log your progress that will come in handy to perform even by yourself in the future. 4 points functional training is going to help you with and the reason why you should probably start with it today. YES!! I actually mean today . . ✔️Longevity in terms of muscle functionality (feeling strong today and being able to become stronger relatively as we grow older) ✔️Muscle memory save yourself from slip discs, pulls, sudden neck strains, back pain, joint pain, knee pain, you name it. Keep the muscle groups active and in coordination ✔️All age groups can start and continue doing it till any age because practicing movements over the years and our mobility and flexiblity only have an upward journey. ✔️Regulates breathing helping you stay away from cardiovascular, chronic, heredity(cardiac arrest, blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, stroke to name a few common ones you can easily avoid) problems . . Over the last 2 n half years of crossfit, my body has gone through a lot of changes physically. Feeling positive and grateful for taking the step. In terms of weight I have been 65kgs even back then probably lesser muscle and more fat and I weigh the same even now but my muscles have gotten better definition thanks to strength and conditioning inducing movements I practice.
