Performed at Various stage ﹠ awards show such as Zee Cine awards, Mirchi Music Awards, IPL opening ceremony 2017, etc. Specialised in Weight Management, Core Training, Functional Training, Interval training, HIIT, Resistance tube Exercises, Flexibility, Posture Balance. Acquired new skill set during this Lockdown from ACSM and Exercise Science Academy certification on ’Glute reset, Healthy Back, Interval Training, Equipment free Training, Strength Science, Test Test Roadmap During Lockdown.’ Motive is to help clients to achieve the best of them by giving the strength which add up to their daily lifestyle and get them at more ease.
