There is no question about his knowledge and training he has been one of the best trainer I have come across but the best part is he keeps me motivated so that I come to the gym next day through regular follow-ups during the day via messages and calls. He makes sure he explains the importance of a particular exercise before we start doing it unlike the regular trainers who just tell you how to do it. Thank you Vikrant for helping me in getting fit

Vikrant is a really good trainer. With his techniques I feel I can achieve the personal targets that I have set for myself. He also gives good diet plan to achieve those goals. He is also motivates me during workouts
