I have been training with Piyush Bhagat for more than 2 years now and I am short of words and this space describing the experience! I started home training in 2016 when I weighed almost 90kgs! Apart from weight issue I had tonnes of health issues such as backache, digestion issues and of course lack of confidence due to my body structure. I am 41 years old and smoke regularly and drink frequently and with typical IT work lifestyle I was ruining myself! My search for a perfect trainer ended with Piyush where within a year I was steady on 73kgs and I still am with easy to follow diet. It was not only losing kgs but I discovered a new me that I never knew I could ever be! Since May 2017 I started weight training as well with Piyush as my only gym trainer and it has worked wonders! My goal was always to achieve a fit body (not in to body building) and the way Piyush understood my requirements is commendable. Apart from gym trainer Piyush is also a good friend of mine. This makes training sessions not only interesting but fun and not a compulsion. In fact now I'm in a stage that if I don't work out on a day feel I've missed out on something and when I do I feel good and feel more energetic. I would recommend Piyush to anyone who is seriously looking to bring a change in their lives and of course wanting to not only look good but feel good and more confident from within! All of this while saying good bye to all weight and lifestyle incurred health issues! I never thought I can but Piyush made me believe I can!

Diligent, systematic, meticulous, attentive, well prepared instructor. Is knowledgeable in this field and provides commendable guidance in both, the kind of exercises to suit individual needs and the diet plan to follow. Appreciate this professionalism.
