Mangesh is highly dedicated and outstanding trainer. He completely focuses over his clients and motivates them to work out even on low-energy days. He always keeps track of ones' progress and guides very well on all the exercises related to physical fitness. I would highly recommend him to anyone if one wants to see a positive result in himself/herself. Will be soon joining him for Phase II

Yes. I charge Rs. 750/per session per person . For couple (2 person), the charge will be discounted. For group workout sessions, the charge will be depending on the number of members in the group and can be negotiable.

I ask some basic questions to new clients about their health history to understand about health. It will help me to decide workout plan for them. I provide 1st session free of cost. If client agree to proceed further I conduct regular sessions (mostly three to four days a week).

I'm training myself since 5 years and achieved a better health than the people of my age group. I'm cyclist and runner and body-weight workout enthusiast. Recently I did a certification in Personal Fitness as I wanted myself in this profession.

I used to train and currently training also. Some of my friends ask me train them. The moment I started training them I liked it. Eventually my friend started getting results. This thing motivates me to start working in this profession.

I worked with clients in the age group of 22 to 30 years. Those all are working people. Will be very happy if get an chance to work with older age people and helping them to achieve better health.

Recently I worked with a police service aspirant. He has improved his running speed to meet the requirements. It took 3 weeks.

Doing a bunch of exercises is not important. There are people who do the exercises and their body gets stiff. Flexibility, stamina and speed are very much important. So don't hire a person who himself has no flexibility because he wont be able to keep you flexible.
