Minal is an exceptional fitness trainer. In just 3 short weeks, I have lost 2.5kg due to Minal. She is an expert in all forms of exercise and keeps explaining the importance of each exercise that she makes you do. She also provided me with a great diet plan as well. She comes with her some of her own equipment. She provided enough variation in the exercises so that I don't get bored of any routine. To keep me motivated, she also keeps sending daily motivational messages which helps in keeping me regular with exercises. Minal is also very punctual. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to lose weight, lose inches or just become fitter.
