I conduct counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couple, parents and adolescents going through personal life issues.
My first session is typically concentrated around assessment and exploration of the issues in terms of dynamics and people involved, past experiences, emotional and cognitive assessment and personal goals for which therapy is being sought.
After the assessment, goals of the therapy is set and i work with my clients in helping them understand their own patterns of thinking, unavailing the relationship between their thinking, emotions and behavior, helping them introspect and accept themselves and motivate them further to solve or manage the issue at hand in a better fashion.
I employ the cognitive behavior therapy or CBT in my approach to counseling and psychotherapy.
