Normally, we have a standard pricing system, depending upon the quantum of work. I normally charge on the basis of man-hours required to complete the project/application + applicable GST.

Prepare rough estimate for the client requirements. On confirmation of the same, we carry out user requirement analysis. Followed by presentation of final offer along with time estimate. On confirmation of the same, we prepare design and gets an approval from the client. This is followed by development and then testing at our office. Finally, installation and acceptance by the user.
