We take guest requirement and event date. We check the availability of venue on given event date. Ask for guest to visit us physically and have a look of venue. Then we discuss the pricing and menu options. After host satisfaction in all factors we ask them to deposit token advance. 7 days prior to event we take 80% of billing amount. Rest final bill is provided to guest at the end of program and we take experience feedback from the host of the event.
