I wanted to thank Bhushan for providing me a proper guidance and a flexible diet with a good amount of carbs so that I was able to have enough energy to focus on Calisthenics at my end.Building Muscle and loosing fat simultaneously was a great experience,within a time span of 10 weeks I was able to loose 8kgs Including 3 cheat meals consisting of Indo Chinese food, Mutton biryani,chocolate,pastries and last but not the least my favorite Lassi. I felt my decision was worth and I am glad that I assigned you as my Trainer.
