I completed my post graduate diploma in yogic education from Kaiwalyadham yoga institute. I completed my 500 hrs TTC from Astanga Mysore Yoga Cleared level 1 QCI/YCB Exam Learned Iyengar Yoga with varies probs Completed my M.A in Yogashastra Conducted multiple workshops e.g diabetes,hip opening,backbending,inversion etc

I have always loved being physically active. I m practicing yoga since my childhood. 1.When travelling, no matter where I go, I take my mat! If there is space for your mat, there is space to practice yoga. Whether at home or on holiday I cease the opportunity to roll out of bed and onto your mat! 2.Now I no longer feel the need to constantly watch the latest T.V. series or movies if it is not available. Instead I spend my time reading more spiritual books, watching Youtube channels on yoga for inspiration, motivation and to get more of an understanding and appreciation for the practice.My favourite people to watch at the moment is Yoga With Deepika Mehta and kino. 3.Things that go bad or wrong in the morning can set the tone for the rest of the day! However if we use the power of the breath and reconnect with it, we let go of the frustrations and can carry on in a happier frame of mind.A constant reminder for myself is that holding on to anger or frustration is like holding on to a piece of hot coal – it has no benefits, it only burns you further!

I conduct both online and offline yoga classes. Online on zoom and in person class at my students house or apartment. I have treated all different types of clients some with blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol,depression, anxiety, creatine, knee replacement, athletes, heart patient, special child, etc Some for weight loss few for weight gain. Some focused more on mental health so did Pranayam n meditation with those clients. I do prenatal, postnatal, therapeutic, ashtanga,hatha and Iyengar form of yoga.

Recently I did corporate yoga with 500+ participant which I enjoyed a lot. This was a group of corporate people who do desk job 9 hrs so majority had neck and back issues so I conducted chair and desk yoga here to help them release tension surrounding neck, shoulder and back. All gained lots of benefit by doing very simple stretches to release the stiffness.

If you are beginner in yoga I would highly recommend to go for personal class rather then group class so that u get more attention and u don't do anything wrong and harm urself. Do yoga practice under proffesional guidance to reap maximum benefit of asan.
