Sukesh is the splendid trainer!! I was in the obese side, with high cholesterol and had long term PCOD issues, and after being trained by Sukesh I lost close to 15 kgs in 4 months, all I did was strictly followed his workout and diet instructions and nothing else, he provided a very neat diet which cured my health issues naturally(natural food) and regular designed workouts, this is such a wonderful thing that happened to me. I was living on pills for almost close to 6 to 8 years for PCOD but not after being trained by Sukesh things changed, I am on zero pills and PCOD completely vanished and cholesterol is totally normal, I am in the normal weight range and my looks also completely changed, and I totally flaunt myself :) I appreciate the amount of time he spent on my training, This type of exercising is all new to me. Thanks to him for answering all of my queries, he turned my “cannots” into “cans”, and showed me that I can reach my physical goals.
