I have been working with Mr Siva for about 6 months. During that time he had proven to me that he is one of the best trainers I have seen in the fitness industry. I used to be a long distance runner for years and that damaged one of my knee. I have been struggling with that for years. Strong pain killers and never ending physiotherapy sessions were normal part of my life when I met Siva. At the beginning I was very sceptical about training as physio didn’t improve my knee. Siva’s approach and knowledge in fitness helped to work around my injury. He is highly knowledgeable in both fitness and human anatomy which he uses to improve my fitness, while helping to heal and strengthening my knee. Today I can do about 90 reps of squats without any knee pain. Thanks to Siva finally I am free from both painkillers and physiotherapy sessions. It is very easy to work with him as he really understands what I can do and how much I should do. He pushes me beyond my limits regularly but also knows when to stop. His extensive experience in sports medicine help him to devise his methods to exercise very small muscles without injuring them. From my previous experience with physiotherapists and other trainers I know it is not a skill or experience most professionals in this field have which makes Siva unique Siva is a wonderful human being to work with. His primary focus is his client’s wellbeing than the income he earns. He is highly skilled in mananging his client’s fitness needs. He discusses his objectives and goals for each sessions which help me to understand and track my progress. He is highly flexible and very happy to work around my availability.
